If I am thinking about a run for office, what is the first thing I do? DING-DING-DING! We have a winner! I am going to go straight to your website. If your website is current, hosts great informational resources and shows how cool you are- chances are, I might not want to run against someone who has it so “together”. However, if you don’t have a website or the information on your site is from your election 10 years ago and shows me nothing? I will start designing my campaign logo… immediately.

Websites are a powerful tool in more ways than one. Firstly, they let people know that you are working for them. Secondly, websites can be a great informational tool for your constituents. Last but certainly not least, a strong website that showcases your accomplishments screams- You don’t want to run against me. I have way too much support as you will see in my “awards section”.
